Ultra Fine PCC - a new way to improve your end product

It is possible to produce ultrafine calcium carbonate by a unique, patented production method and the resulting product with a particle-size of only 30 – 60 nm gives extraordinary and promising physical properties to the applications. This can be utilized in product development in order to optimize the features of the end product.


European commission sponsors FP-pigments’ new innovation, UFPCC

European Commission granted FP-Pigments a €1,4M innovation grant from the Horizon 2020 –program, the EU’s framework program for research and innovation for 2014-2020. The project scope is the scale up of the continuous production method of new pigment material, and market introduction for industrial end uses. The production of this unique material will significantly reduce the carbon foot print, water consumption and costs of pigment production.
